Safeguard (SG) Metal Remediation System

image.png

Here's an overview of its features:

  • In-situ generation: The system produces the required reagents on-site, eliminating the need to store and transport dangerous bulk chemicals. It can successfully remove a wide range of pollutants, including heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, copper, iron, and mercury, as well as nutrients such as phosphorus and nitrogen.

  • Corrosion inhibition: The system can also aid to prevent corrosion in water transport systems by lowering levels of lead, copper, and iron.

  • Real-time monitoring: The system includes real-time online monitoring, which enables treatment optimisation and regulatory compliance.

Firas 3nergy is actively introducing electrochemical reagents to remove heavy metals and other impurities from water.

Here are some of the advantages of the system:

  • Safer: It eliminates the need to handle and store dangerous substances.

  • More efficient: The system may be more efficient than standard treatment methods, particularly in small and medium-sized establishments. It may be a cost-effective solution in the long run because it eliminates the need to purchase and transport bulk chemicals.

  • Environmentally friendly: The system produces no toxic byproducts and minimises the environmental impact of water treatment.

MetalGuard™

MetalGuard™ is the first fully automated online trace metals analyzer

  • The system provides real-time, multi-stream analysis for a range of trace metal contaminants.

  • MetalGuard delivers accurate and reliable results (up to 1 ppb or ± 15%, whichever is higher) with a typical measurement time of fewer than 30 minutes.

  • The system also allows for manually collected samples to be analyzed.

  • MetalGuard™ Lead Alert!™

  • A novel automated and unattended real-time lead corrosion risk management system for monitoring the risk of exposure to lead contamination.

THM-100

The THM-100 monitor measures THM levels by a time-resolved spectrophotometric analysis following desorption into a chemical mixture that produces a coloured result. This sampling approach utilizes a "purge-and-trap" methodology.

The THM-100 showed a relative standard deviation of 3% or lower for CHCl3 and Br-THMs, and around 1% or lower for the TTHM value during independent testing. The accuracy specification is 10% .Each THM-100 online THM monitor comes with an annual service contract that includes a 5-year guarantee.

Benefits

  • Automated sample collection, preparation and analysis

    • 5–200 ug/L range [ <2-2000 ug/L with modifications]

    • Provides TTHM and THM species values

  • Self-calibrating instrument

  • 6 measurements / day (up to 12)

  • Grab-sample feature (bottle samples)

  • Dual online sources (e.g. tank in/out)

  • Online, accelerated, THM Formation Potential

  • Remote factory monitoring of instrument status to ensure reliability.

KANARY Alert System

image.png

The KANARY Alert System employs gas sensor devices in different portable types intended for first responders and industrial workers in emergency situations. The sensors can detect and report a wide range of flammable and explosive gases and vapours, particularly focused on LEL concentration, without requiring correction factors, calibration, or bump-testing. Furthermore, they oversee environmental variables like temperature, humidity, and pressure.

The device has an enhanced capability to identify the chemical species of the detected hydrocarbon and provide detailed concentration details. The live data, such as GPS locations, is sent via long-range LoRa Radio to specific gateways, allowing for cloud-based monitoring. The data may be accessed through a user-friendly and dynamic dashboard, providing users with important information to make informed decisions quickly. The KANARY Alert System provides a complete solution for increased situational awareness and efficient response during emergency situations.
